I love this look here, I've seen it alot this year - skinny ties can be worn with t-shirts and still look good, you don't have to be formal and serious to wear a tie, and coupled with some pale pastel skinnies and metallics shoes, oh and materials that have shiny surfaces - Instant transformation, that's in-trend and uber kool.
